Smart Granulate depositor
Operation:
The SGD has been developed for decorating the top of pralines or pouring granules into pralines. The container is filled with granules. The shafts in the container will move up and down. Each time the shaft moves up, a quantity of granules will remain depending on the size of the sprinkler cap. The granules end up in a channel where they rest on a discharge flap until a praline is detected. Each shaft has its own photocell to detect the praline. When the praline is detected, the rotary valve will open according to the settings on the display and the granules can be poured into or onto the praline.
